Why
FEIN High-Frequency Grinders? |
|
| |
Many
areas of industry demand consistent top performance from their
power tools. High Frequency power tools have proven to be an outstanding
design solution |

Peak
Performance, Robust Technology |
|
FEIN high-frequency
power tools prove their superiority in many sectors of trade
and industry where continuous peak performance is demanded of
tools.

|
FEIN
Precision
|
Permanent
peak performance in continuous operation is only possible if
the high-frequency power tools are designed structurally as
well as qualitatively to meet peak requirements. FEIN precision,
renowned for its attention to every last detail, is an ideal
prerequisite for the manufacture of such tools.

High
frequency power tools require special frequency converters which
can step commercially supplied power up to the higher frequency
required. These converters are simply connected to the main
power supply. In evaluating a decision to use high frequency
tools, it should be noted that a complete change over from pneumatic
or single-phase electric tools is not needed. Most companies
start with a relatively small converter and add on as needed.
Converters can be wired "parallel" as the increase
requirements of high frequency electricity is needed.

energy cost are 6x lower when compared to compressed air systems.
These results were derived from an independent study that was
conducted to compare energy costs and savings from both systems.
