The LCSF is ideal for pipe maintenance and construction work in nuclear and fossil power plants, pipelines, oil platforms, petrochemical plants and refineries, as well as shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, food, beverage and other high purity piping applications.

The split frame opens to mount around the O.D. of in-line piping or will slip over open-ended pipe. The LCSF has been engineered to apply precise consistent square cuts and bevels on pipe, tube and casing the first time, every time. Set up and operate the LCSF quickly. Split frame prepping is a safe, clean operation that neither affects the metallurgical qualities of the metal nor places airborne contaminants in the environment.
