This handy machine is built with the same solid aluminum casting as the AD 105S. It is precision machined and assembled with highest quality gears, bearings and pulley assemblies to assure smooth, vibration free use.

Please note: although you can use a Portaband blade with this machine, a standard Portaband blade thickness is only .020” The AD105P is designed to use a blade with .025” thickness which give much greater beam strength for square cuts and accurate mitering. These blades are widely available from good industrial blade suppliers or you can order from us. The AD105P comes standard with an 8-12 tooth variable pitch bi-metal blade.
